Groomz is a relaxed home environment, where your pups are treated to one on one appointments.
At drop off, we will give you a pick up time window, and send a text 15 minutes before your pup is ready to be picked up.
An exact quote is made on arrival.
Payment is made in cash or Eftpos. We do not do Afterpay or accept bank transfers.
Most dog groomers recommend , every 6-8 weeks, depending on your breed and grooming needs.
This will all depend on the size, behaviour, and coat type of your pet. A full groom on
small dogs will generally take between 1 and 1.5 hours. Full Groom on medium-large dogs, between 1.5 and 2.5 hours.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, you must give at least 24 hours notice, so that the appointment time can be made available to another client, who is on the waiting list. If an appointment is missed without giving any notice, clients are required to place a 50% deposit prior to scheduling any future appointments.
